How to Open a SVG File ?

Many modern web browsers support viewing SVG files directly in the browser with the notable exception of Internet Explorer. Firefox(http://firefox.com/), Safari (http://www.apple.com/safari/)and Opera(http://opera.com/ all support SVG). Another option is the Adobe SVG Viewer(http://www.adobe.com/svg/viewer/install/) on Mac OS and Windows.
